The Survivors: a tribute to nature's resilience.

Thanks to Helix Camera and Video in Itasca for hosting a Nature Photography class on March 31 and subsequent photo walk on April 1; and to the guys at Tamron for bringing along a selection of their lenses for us to try out. "The Survivors" was captured at Springbrook Nature Center in Itasca on April 1, with a  Canon 5DMii, and Tamron's SP90 mm Macro Lens. ​Creative touches applied in Lightroom, Photoshop, and onOne Software.
